Sorcha is not allowed outside, except on the balcony with a chaperone.
For those who are curious, Sorcha is no particular breed. When I got her ten years ago, I was told that her father was Siamese. Mom looked like a Russian Blue to me, and a few of Sorcha's litter mates had the classic blue-tinged fur. She didn't get the blue coloring, but she does have the great green eyes that Russian Blues are known for. Since neither the Siamese nor the Russian Blues are long-haired breeds, I suspect that Dad was actually a seal-point Himalayan. Whatever the truth is, she is my big fluffy baby.

Adorable cat, and a nice photo as well. I like the leaves on the deck. There are a ton of stock photos out there with cats, but this one would probably do well if you could get it accepted.
Really nice cat picture! I especially like the crispness both in focus and texture of the leaves compared with the softness of her fur. Great looking cat, too!
