I think the window, while acting as a natural frame, is very harsh. It also is crooked which distracts a bit. It looks like it's a result of your perspective though and not holding the camera crooked. Nevertheless, people hate angled lines near the edge of the frame. The inside is interesting, but also lacks any specific subject. Our eye wanders around trying to latch onto something. We are constantly drawn to the white frame which keeps us from finding a subject even more. The two things my eye is drawn to is the foam (not too appealing) and the diagonal slats (but I don't know what they are because it's too dark). |
