Not crazy about the crop that cuts off the right side of your head. Perhaps extend down a bit as well.

I keep coming back to this and wonder why I don't give it a higher mark. I think it's because there might be a little too much background at the top and the skin tones are to cool for my liking. I would have scored it much higher as a black and white.
