Low quality. Too poor of a grain. Don't know if photopgrapher was trying to make it look distorted or if this is just a side effect. Either way I do not find this to be good at all. Without the title I would not have been able to determine what the Photographer was intending.
Clever idea. I believe the lens cap is at the end of tube. Unfortunately, the tube is a little off round, I also wish I could see all of the lens cap (incluuding the tabs). There is quite a bit of noise in the "sky". maybe from hiigh ISO or post-processing.
Why do I give 2? Distorted circle, soft focus, small size, lots of noise, imperfections on the blackness of cap. The centered composition, however, works for me here.
go canon! cool picture, maybe less noise and more focus on the lens cap could really bring this photo out, I like how you go the effect of an eclipse, nice job
