Hey Randy, I forgot to comment on this shot. I liked it a lot. It really brought back my crew days. The shot captures a lot. She looks like such a good example of a crew girl, tall with legs like tree trunks. Her expression also looks like one I know well. To bad about the slight highlighting on her face, but whatcha gonna do? Good shot.

I'd love a bit more light in the eyes, but I know that in this kind of circumstances you don't have much control over that.

Sorry but HOW is this a portrait? Does NOT meet the challenge as far as I am concerned. It´s a sports shot no matter how you look at it, taken with a very long telephoto lens too if I am not mistaken and the girl is obviolsly not aware of you. Good sports shot though, if that was the theme I would have given it a good rating. No offense intended, just wanted to tell you WHY I gave you a low score.
