Brilliant colors provide an impressive contrast to the sweaty/dirty dull plaid shirt of the hardworking employee. I am glad the backdrop is dark and does not distract from the tight environment.
The balance of the flowers and the bloke is pretty well done here. Nice image, and I'm glad that the floral element hasn't been allowed to over-dominate.
More of environment and less of "subject". But still a colorful and pleasing picture. I could see that subject is on extreme end and you tried to crop out "distracting element" closer to subject. Hope this does well.7.
