I don't get much of a sense of environment here. This man could be anyone and anywhere and I have to believe, from the title, that he is homeless. Great image but not much environment.

This is a terrific portrait shot. Had it included more to indicate the 'life on the street' bit, then I think it would have deserved a 10 for sure.
