 Cutie pie welder friend of mine. Did not want to pose for me, but was patient and a lot of fun.

Crop slightly, levels, clone spot on nose, resize, save for web.

Great postered backdrop for this male environment. I like the natural skin tones, the flushed cheeks make it appear that he has really been working and not just posing.

good photo, but just screams candid to me. the lighting is somewhat harsh, and it seems to have a red cast to it. also, i would stay away from centrally locating your subject, unless it has a powerful statement, which this really doesn't. nothing against the photo, but it would be better if it was cropped with him on the right third line for instance. i see great potential in this image though, keep shooting. great job. 5

Would have liked to see a little more of the welding shop, but at least the helmut (whatever you call his headwear) gives me an idea what he's doing/who he is.
