I think a portrait should show the person, not be a silhouette. I like the sky, the sun and the object next to the sun.

I think for this to be a portrait, you need to have them clear in the shot, looking at you or at least aware that you are capturing them. I love the sunset and the silhouette, but this comes across as a candid to me.
