 A view of the Capitol from the front of the Governor's mansion. A lot of ambient light from various period-looking street lamps provided illumination on the fence and trees.

There's no real focus on this piece, find it a bit bland with a lot of unnecessary detail.

It looks like it was over sharpened to compensate for a bit of camera shake that couldn't quite be gotten rid of nonetheless. Or maybe you used a noise reduction program? Nice centering of the building between the both the lamp posts and the trees. The trees in particular act nicely as a frame.
