This is an old victorian house that was once owned by a doctor. The house was bought by the hospital a few years ago and just left to deteriorate, with the windows now broken, the porch rotted out the one time splendid beauty is slated to be torn down by Russo Construction, thus the word "Russo" that is painted on the building. They advertise the demise of such beautiful old homes that way, due to the fact they salvage as many old antique fixtures out of homes such as this one, to sell in a shop they have.

This is a nice real estate shot, but it does not give the feeling of desolation to me. Except for the few bits of graffiti that are barely noticeable, it seems more like a coveted piece of real estate than an old, delapitated home.
