Hard to tell what really went on here. Concentrating the picture on a smaller area would've been easier to tell. From here, it looks like just a bunch of trees. Without the title, its hard to tell much of anything.

The idea is good for desolation, but I don't see (except for the title) that it is realy burnt. It could be winter picture.
