There is no desolation in my life or my surroundings, so when I went out to the garden and saw the dead bee, I said "Ooohh". It was so sad. I have never seen a dead bee before. This is my first submission of a photo to DP Challenge, although I have enjoyed this site by voting on my two sons' photos. This photo called "Summer's End" was my choice of three to enter. Let me know if you want to see the other two. I know they don't compare to the utter desolation that many in the world are feeling at this very moment. Peace and blessings to all.

Great subject. It meets the challenge well. I would have used a photo editor to lighten the picture a little more and mybe have taken the photo a little closer. Great photo all the way around.
I like the idea, but the lighting is flat and the composition is pretty bland. Also, your subjects are dark and hard to see well, with too little contrast.
