Composition is great. Principally try for more emphasis / contrast on the vase? Probably need to modify the light some either with reflectors or active lights.

There is really nothing that "pops" in this photograph. While it makes for a nice conversational print, there is just nothing that makes me think wow. The vines in the vase also serve to lead the viewer out of the frame and to wonder what else is there.
