Thanks to everyone for the comments and great scores. Here is an alternate version where I cloned out the small group of trees and tidied the edges of the picture:

This was by far one of my favorites in the challenge. We did a whole part of our landscape thread on layered, long-lens landscapes, and this is a fine one. I'm not sure if I prefer the alternate version without the second tree; I can'tr make up my mind. The edge-cleaning is good though. Congrats on top 10!
Very nice entry. The simplicity of this is really appealing. The composition works flawlessly. Congrats on a really great image and top ten score!
The only suggestion I have is maybe adjust the levels slightly since it's a bit on the dark side and also a slight color balance on the sky to bring that out more. Anyway, just some suggestions as this obviously this did quite well as is.
Tony, this is a great shot! The different layers are great. I hope you have a big panorama of this.
I am trying to guess where you took this, but can't quite picture it...
Wonderful! Love the tones and textures. So many layers here to see - great find and nice job capturing the image in a lovely way.
Coming back to bump this from 9 to 10. This image looks like one you would see in a photography textbook on composition and natural lines. Freeman Patterson would be proud to put his name on this and so should you. Well done!
I hope you do well this one; it is a wonderful shot. Great colour variation, wonderful curves in the hills, trees absolutely the right place, fantastic composition. Thumbs up.
Great colour and some nice textures there... Although the larger clump of trees provides a focal point it's not enough of one for my preferences and I think it's somewhat weakened by the smaller clump to the right. There seems to be some messy details at the edges of the frame at both left and right which interefere with the clean lines across the image.
