I have no idea what this saying means. I searched for it on Google and I still don't know. Interesting photo, the bottom hand looks odd and at a strange angle.

You did a good job of lighting the hands and the choice of bg really make them stand out..... I don't quite get what the hands are doing but admire the crisp focus, making the lines in the palms of the hand stand out.
