This is a small table fountain I lit with three light sources. The stop motion was made by bounce/diffused from the camera’s built in flash using the aperture to control the intensity of the image. A laser was used to produce the yellow/red highlights from the back left just out of frame and exposure time controlled the amount of the effect. The main illumination is from a hand held battery powered spot light using distance to control the brightness motion blur image.

i TOTALLY have no idea what i'm looking at or how you created this shot (different color lights on cling wrap? what's that at the bottom?). i guess that may be a compliment because you probably set out to confound the viewers. congratulations. middle of the road vote because i don't know whether to go high or low on it. -- gr8photos (5)
I'm dying to know what I'm looking at... it's really intriguing. I wish it had just a _little_ more structure to it, so I could at least get my bearings.
hokie? is dat u? This is definitely abstract :) ok.. i have looked for about 5 minutes now.. I see a face in this image :) It is the face of a woman... do you see it? = 7 - jmsetzler
This actually looks like someone dancing with their arms outstretched. The motion is great and I love the colors reflecting off of the ?water? I like it... 7 - KDJohnson
Oh how neat looking. it looks kind of like a red gold and white water monster rising up out of the rock. you'll have to let me know how you did this :-)
