I think the photo was okay technically. Turning it negative didn't improve on the subject fails which fails to attract or hold my interest.

Not bad per say but nothing that really makes me want to give it a higher score than 5. Guess it´s the composition mostly, bird too small and centered.

the steel beams are a bit bright but i think you did a great job on this, the title fits it well. maybe a closer crop on the right, or maybe shift the camera to the left a bit to un-center the bird a bit more.
