I found this image a bit confusing due to the busy background which makes the negative main subject hard to isolate (except by the focus.)

Not bad but I think this image is a bit too bright, needs more dark spaces so it proably would have worked better for me if it had been slightly overexposed before you inverted it, especially the backround.
