This might look a bit boring normally but its great inverted! The details are great, not sure if i'd convert to black and white, but its cool all the same

Sorry but this images composition isn´t appealing to me, just gives me a slight case of vertigo. Should have taken it in portrait mode, excluded the balconies to the left and had the top of the building in the shot, that would have worked for me.
