Played haevily with curves to get this effect. USM, then I ran it through reduce noise in CS2 (cuz I'm so broke I aint got neatimage!) :0P
I titled it pencil on oil because I thought the sunset looked like the rainbow an oil spot gives off. From a shoot today...

Sorry but the oversharpening I think is hideous and not flattering to this photo. The rest of it I like so I still gave this a 5, good composition and great colors in the backround.
