The tilted image bugs me. It may have been intentional, but if so, I would suggest tilting it further to make it clear it was intentional. Otherwise it looks sloppy. Color looks fooled around with. The blue building with folks on the balcony is appealing. I like the strong focus. Maybe a tighter crop on that part of the image would yield a stronger photo.

i think it's kind of distracting when when somethign we know is supposed to re red isn't.
