Very interesting shot. I'm not sure what I'm looking at here. DOF is good but I would suggest cropping a little more off the bottom.

I think that if you had not had the dip in the bowel, then you would have had an excellent picture here. The dullness of the dip takes away from the robustness of the chips. The chips and the bowel alone would have received a solid 10 from me. It does look tasty though. 7

The DOF made this feel unbalanced. Either it needed more chips or more queso, but probably less unfocused bowl rim.

4 - Not sure what this is, bordering on an unusual abstract, but isn't quite there in my opinion. An adjustment in the focal point(s), and perhaps lighting variation, make this better in my opinion. Colors are quite good, as is the composition. Different, but the creamy something captured in this way, detracts, in my opinion. Possibly blue corn chips and some type of salsa/dip, who knows, will check back PC.
