Subject is obscured, out of focus, and highlights are blown. Try shooting from a different angle and make sure camera isn't focusing on the foreground but on the subject.

the tower almost blends into the clouds too much, but i like the reflection caught in the water.

i think if the sky was abit less blown out it would bring ot the castle more, but still a great shot

If the object of this photo was for the tower to be the main focus of this picture, than the tower should have been in focus.
