Need more contrast, though the use of the pole shadow does lead the eye to the subject. Also, the focus is not very clear. Perhaps a higher iso speed would have given you a faster shutter to get a better image.
Image is tilted, very pixelated, appears you are having problems with compression when resizing. Focusing closer on the people and getting rid of the detracting pole and shadows would help.
