Took me a moment to understand. It's not a very clear shot, and there are lots of distractions.

This is one of those tough shots. You need to be close enough to make the subject clear, but yet give enough perspective to understand what that subject is. Some of my early challenge entries suffered this same problem. I found that I had to fight the urge to enter anyway when I couldn't get my shots just right. (Please take this in a good way, because that is how it is meant.)
