Adjust saturation, contrast, brightness, a bit of burn, resize, USM, and noise removal. My daughter loved posing for this challenge and she did a great job. I had many beautiful pictures to choose from and ultimately I let her pick one, this was her choice.

I like the portrait, but it looks like you may have used a bit too much noise removal. Color and lighting are very good. You're definitely getting better as this lighting thing :-)
not too sure how to go about this shot, but I find the light reflected off the skarf slightly distracting. The use of a polarizer may reduce or remove them. Well maybe it's just me. cute girl, by the way - she's got very beautiful eyes.
