I like the tone. I know you have it horizontally lined up buy the bottom left makes my eyes want to fall of the picture due to the distortion. Overall I think it's a good shot but I wonder if maybe dodging some of the people to bring them out of the shadows would bring more life to the photograph.
Nice use of leading lines with the sidewalk. I like the B&W. Good contrast. It seems a bit soft. Like maybe some camera shake. What settings did you use?
