I think this is more reflection than refraction.

I am not able to work out what we are looking at here - it seems to be a reflection of trees, inverted, but then the sort of bulls-eye glass ripples indicate not swirls of water, but refraction through glass, and then the colour seems to be added afterward.

I like the image, but would like it better if I could be sure what I was looking at.
