You have some good shadows here. Adjusting the contrast and brightness levels should bring them out more and improve the picture.Lowering the ISO when taking the photo should cut down on the noise.

needs a CW rotation by a degree or two and the focus appears a bit off. like the colors and the foreground shadows..
