My almost 8 year old was caught in the kitchen sink bathing today. She had been asking me for weeks if she could bathe in the kitchen sink, and I kept saying NO, your too big for that. She decided to take matters into her own hands. I caught her in it today, with a stepping stool and towel nearby. LOL
Although I don't expect anyone to understand this, I believe this is my favorite photo in my portfolio.
Thanks for another memorable shot. Plus with a little girl in my house who is quickly approaching three years old, I understand perfectly well that this is your favorite. I haven't met a parent yet who didn't have a place in their heart for keeping their child forever small & innocent. Thank the LORD for photography! We can keep them small to some extent and in living color, too. :)
Can't wait until she brings her first serious boyfriend home
for dinner and a look into the family archives! Blackmail for life...what are moms for? A lovely candid snap of family life. Her expression is priceless. MMM
This just makes me laugh. Kids are wonderful, aren't they? I do understand why this would be a personal favorite. It has so much potential as a blackmail photo in a few years.
This got a " I know that look" giggle out of me. I too can sooo see my girls doing the same thing. It is a tradition at grannys house that all kids get at least one bath in her kitchen sink, but of course they are all usually babies when that happens. Very good capture of a memory that will last you a life time! and be sure to have several copies(u never know what can happen) to show her husband someday!
