The scene looks a little haphazard with no main focal point. There is the path of the brook but the water is almost featureless. The sticks and other debris makes the image look a little cluttered also. Finding another angle or perspective would likely help.
This just isn't quite grabbing me. It feels like it's missing a focal point. Perhaps if you got rid of the plant life on the bottom right corner...maybe moved up some in the brook...used a longer exposure to really get the movement of the water? Just some ideas. Looks like a lovely place to shoot however.
