In my opinion, this shot needs be cropped tighter to be interesting. I know it’s slightly interesting that "crew" appears on the concrete above the rowers but I care about the people, not the landscape in this case.
I love crew shots. I just wish you had gotten the whole shell in the picture. If possible, I would have framed it differently -- less bridge, more shell.
The composition seems a little awkward to me on this one. I think the rowers seem a bit too far down in the shot, leaving a bit of unneccessary stuff at the top.
