Yeah, I'm with JP on this one. What doesn't this have to do with water? I mean, it isn't a splash, or a seascape - AND THANK YOU FOR THAT!! It is original and bright and vivid and in sharp focus. I want some of that stuff they're smoking so I can make dumb choices too. ;~p
Voters are smoking something and they aren't sharing - this should have been much much much much much much higher. Hey - I'm 9 number two, you just need the third to speak up - at least we know how to score! :) Really though Kel, a fantastico job on this one!

I originally gave this a low/avg score, but I'm bumping it up after looking at it a little more. It really is very well focused, and somehow you got her eyes in focus - through goggles. That's impressive. :)
Love the colors and that oh-so-serious look! Awesome cropping. On a personal level, I bet she can give the worlds toughest look when she's mad :-) Very, very nice job.
