Since nobody equipped to give a translation has done so, I'm going to try.
I think it's Slovan (Yugoslavian), a language I know next to nothing about. But I do know it's slavic, and so is Russian, so I tried transliterating then translating from Russian and, with the help of my dictionaries and babelfish, I got something like this:
dole = part / piece / fraction ispod = underneath / bottom nogu = legs / foot
My best guess for mojih is "land". So a very rough translation is that the phrase has something to do with him standing on part of the land.
This photo should have won. The color contrast and sillohette is beautiful. It caputures a mood instead of a look. I think this photographer has a future with a camera attached.
I think this is a fabulous photo. The subduded colors work nicely. It evokes a very peaceful feeling for me. I can imagine the city preparing to "tuck it in" for the night. I can imagine many stories that could be told with this photograph.
fantastic bit of perspective play! your pose is interesting, too - introspective with a sense of motion. i wouldn't mind the composition a little more off-center - maybe 15% off the left added to the right so you'd get more of the dwarf city and get yourself onto a third.
