I like the reflection and the addition of the young man. Good leading lines as well.

Interesting approach to the challenge. A bit busy though. My eye is drawn more toward the iron fence in the background which leads me to the boring buildings beyond it. I feel like the reflection should be the focal point but it has to compete to much with the busy background.
