I took this photo on my drive home the day I broke up with a serious boyfriend. I decided to drive down a certain road, because I'd driven past it my whole life and always wondered what was down there.
To me, it evokes a slow struggle between the seasons...the warmth and lushness of Indian summer losing a battle with winter. This picture means a lot to me, obviously.
Popped up the saturation slightly, despeckled, sharpened.
