This picture is the restaurant on the walk bridge in Winnipeg near The Forks. I took the picture at 11:28pm (dpc Time). I cruised home, adjusted levels and cropped the picture, only had time to write 'Used basic editing' for details and submitted. I wrote out the details properly and tried to resubmit about 15 sec later, but the voting had started. That's the closest I've been so far.
