To expose this for two seconds requires a much smaller aperture. I would have gone the max and if you did then I would have have employed a piece of frosted acetate or even a polarizer or nd filter. But the acetate would have done fine. Bumping up for being adventurous.
Very nice colors in this shot.. good focus on the candle and the background color was a good choice... placing the candle more to one side or the other might add more to your composition
