4 - Good potential. A different crop (especially the incoming on the right), more balance/symmetry, a slight tweaking of color (especially that yellow) and a 'petrified look' on the face (or a different title) would all have made this much better in my opinion.

I like the bright yellow raincoat and your model is sweet.. she doesn't look petrified (not that I take titles into consideration when voting) I think the composition of this shot could be improved by cropping out a good portion to the left of the girl - I like the way her legs are seen through thte surface in front of her.. might work too if you cropped out the part of that surface - that would create a stronger contrast between her and the others in motion.
