I went on a short day hike with my friend Aaron. We hiked around 3/4 of a mile to get to this waterfall. We were kinda worried that we wouldn't get there in time for it to be light enough, but it worked out ok. We stayed for about 45 minutes and then hiked back. DeSoto falls is located in Northern Georgia, past Dahlonega.
The shot was a 2 second exposure (of course :P) at f22.

Being in the cold north east, this warms me heart and tells me spring has to come eventually. Though even by you it is a little colder then it should be these days. Very nice image here thanks for sharing it with us.
Nice picture, but I would have removed the brown leaves on the rocks in the foreground before taking the picture. Somehow it draws attentio away from the waterfall.
