The water pump in your image has a lot of character. The watering cans in the foreground take away from this. Did you try shots of just the water pump? Sepia or B/W could probably be used quite affectively here.
You have wonderful subjects here, but I think you just included too many objects.. In my opinion if you only had the green watering can with the pump it would be killer. The hose, funnel,yellow can, flower pot and the tile it's setting on have to go! 6 now 9 fixed!
The pic seems to me a bit plain, probably because of the light (looks like you used flash). May be some light contrast could increase the feeling of depth.
Hm, I'm not shure, that I like the watering cans in this shot. IMHO their colors are distracting. An older metal version would have been much more suitable. But the water pump looks highly interesting to me for it's own. Perhaps a shot only with the pump would have been better too? Nevertheless a nice "garden shot" - good luck! - 6
