I used my mother as a prop for this one heh
A large candle was used for the lighting of her hand.
We tried several poses and ended up with several outtakes.
Adjusted levels, curves, saturation. Unsharp mask, save for web.

a tighter crop and maybe a nail trim would make this better. i only suggest cutting the nails because there's such a brightness contrast of the nail beyond the tip of the finger and that over it.
