Yes the shot is 2 seconds of exposure, no strobes. 90% of the shots in this shoot had significant motion blur that could not be recovered. Yes I am also balancing on the exercise ball. In my first 30 minutes of shooting I fell off the ball and hit my face on the corner of my stereo. Not fun, I was bleeding and my lip swelled up. I ended up placing a towel in a circle at the bottom of the ball so I could atleast get a few decent shots, but that only helped a little.
I had a white bedsheet lit from behind as my backdrop.
I know my pose isn't totally symmetrical and my right hand has a little blur, but with less than 5 shots out of 62 without motion blur, a bloody and swollen lip, and sore core muscles, I am going with this shot. I'm not sure if anyone will recognize the similar pose from my "Find Your Zen" entry.
For editing, I cropped, adjusted levels, cloned out some spots on the backdrop that weren't totally blown out, cloned my hair a little, 2 toes and the remote shutter release in my hand, sharpened twice and saved.

I guess some people thought I failed to get the exposure that I wanted, but that would be incorrect. This is exactly the way I envisioned the shot, and exactly the way I like it.

This is a nice shot. I would actually bump up the contrast a bit more so that it is more of a Silhouette. Congrats to you for being able to sit on a ball for 2 seconds! I would've been on the floor before I even got on the ball! haha
