Good shot. I am sure that some people will say its out of focus without having a clue to what you were trying to do with this shot. I like the facial expression, bw and soft focus/blurring. 8

Conveys the theme well, good composition and exposure. You may want to adjust your settings to use more of the available 150K in the future.

I like the framing of this picture and the slight blurriness which seems to convey a sense of franticness which definately ups the "fear factor" of this pic...

i like this image ... the bugged out eye is nice - shows fear ... i would have liked to see the eye a little more clearer - more definition with the pupil - but i like to B/W

The thing that makes this photo good?

Excellent! I love this. It's like a scene from Blair Witch. I have no idea what you're being fearful of, but I can clearly see it.. and I really love it.
