I suspect the built-in flash was used? I think the use of a softer light would have been better. Great focus and DOF.

Try diffusing the flash some to get rid of the shadows. Bitchin' green shoes though!

the focus is nice the glare for the flash is to strong, and i think the socks were a bad choice for the subject to whare.

That is such a great shade of green, love to see with a studio-type background rather than the carpet, oh ... and white (or no) socks.
