There was a telephone pole? I would have never guessed.
I agree that the colors in the foreground are a bit bright. I'm terrible selecting only parts and making them pop, but Charles' suggestion sounds right on.
looks pretty good. The green in the grass looks a little bit artificial. I think to get a better effect you should use the select tool to make the rainbow a seperate layer and then increase the saturation. This would truly make the colors "pop."
