 This owl decided to pay my little boy a visit in his bedroom tonight right on bedtime. I am not sure who was more scared...the owl or my son. I managed to get some photos in though before hubby came home to rescue it...LOL!!

Very nice capture. everything sharp and those eyes, LOL, I can't tell if they are scared or surprised. But it's like he is saying OH SH*T!

Thanks so much for your comment. He was about 35 cm long with a wing span of about 60cm. Doesn't sound that big but when he is flying rampant around a room with a screaming child...he was definitely big enough...LOL!!

Wow! You can't get a shot like this every day. The detail is incredible and I love the full frame shot. Those eyes are magnificent! How big was he?
