looks a bit washed out to me, try increasing the contrast some, to get darker darks.

You should have closed the aperture to contrast the color.

Try not to center the subject in your photo. Keep always in mind the 3rds rule.

IMHO, photo would probably look much better if the frog was placed in the right side of the frame.
