photo set up:
1. Balance camera on floor with a deck of cards and a calculator.
2. lay on floor and set the focus and shutter speed.
3. Hit Shutter
4. hop up from my stomach and poise myself on the jar of PB.
5. Pose untill it goes.
6. hop off the PB and slither back down on the floor.
7. Check image.
8. Lather, rinse, repete.

First Impression - the most important one: Wow ... and she was the model and the photographer ... ignore the score what a great job!
Composition:
I really like this ... another of your commentors mentioned croping out the foot - wouldn't work - but slowing the foot down may have - this would have allowed a larger blur ... I can't figure out how you balanced on that jar! Being picky ( and I can be sometimes) ... I would suggest unsing the lines on the floor to straighten the picture - this would create less distraction for the viewer.
Subject: Great meets the challenge - and does it with style!
Technical (Colour and light): Good - nice lighting - interesting use of desat so the colour is only the peanut butter.
To grow its vote?: As above I think .. I can't think of anything else at the moment.
Summary: I love it . .you have great ankles :) .. keep it up.

At first I was going to say I didn't like the use of the kitchen as the backdrop, but it really does work quite well. Maybe just a wee bit less motion in the moving foot, but overall it's effective.
Interesting. I think I'd like the peanut butter jar to be black and white as well. Being in color, it draws the eye to the distracting floor squares. Clever though, with the movement stopped - and the blur of the one foot.
Nice selective desat... I would have cropped out the right half of the image (the blurry foot) and drawn more attention to the fancy shoe & PB. It would have been stronger, I think.
